We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction is still important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@virellosafety.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing/selection
